Seems like electronically diagnosing the transmission would be a lot harder without these switches since the PCM wouldn't see a problem and throw a code? The specific code that you receive will tell you a bit more about the problem P0756 indicates that the. The Ports in the valve body are cast closed and the PCM connector doesn't even have the wires. The P0756 and P0757 codes indicate that there’s an issue with one of your shift solenoids. I was surprised to find that most of the Pressure Switches (PS-A through PS-E) have been removed from the transmission all together. p2700- Friction element a apply time range/performance.
